The PolySof comfort gel technology came from the demand for better, more comfortable, and economically viable after-market gel shoe inserts.

We developed a low cost product that reduces impact, dampens vibration, displaces pressure and cancels out noise. And this low durometer gel technology can be applied across other products and markets. It can be customized with in-mold designs, shapes, logos and patterns and achieve the same soft-touch and performance as other materials that need to be much thicker. This is a true visco-elastic, a semi-solid that doesn’t leach oils at any softness level.

Our PolySof gels can be made anti-microbial, using cost-effective silver nanotechnologies. They can be color matched and even infused with scent.
